I bought a Fisher Price Linkimal Sloth as a gift for my Grandson. The delivery was prompt, arriving well ahead of Christmas. However, when we attempted to connect the Sloth with other linkimals, it just wouldn’t work. I followed the instructions to the letter, but there was still no response. I reached out to Toy Dip via email and got an immediate reply, apologizing and offering a full refund. In today’s world, that’s what I call outstanding customer support. I’ll definitely shop with this company again and will be sure to tell my friends and family about it.

I decided to give this company a shot, even though I hadn’t heard of them before, to grab a nerf blaster for my son since it was the best price for that model. I was a bit unsure at first, but after checking out some Trustpilot reviews, I went for it. Happy I did! The shipping was super quick, and it arrived in no time. Everything was nicely packaged, and the item was well safeguarded. Really pleased I chose them!

I found a Christmas gift for my son at a much better price on ToyDip compared to other shops, but I hadn’t heard of them before. After checking out the Trustpilot reviews, I felt more at ease knowing they were a solid company. ToyDip sent out the package quickly, but EVRI really dropped the ball—they didn’t deliver at all, and the tracking updates just stopped. When I reached out to ToyDip, they were super helpful and said they’d follow up with EVRI. When they didn’t get a response from EVRI in 24 hours, they got back to me with an offer for a refund or to send the toy again the next day using DPD. They did just that, and I got the toy in time for Christmas. I’m really thankful to ToyDip for their amazing customer service and for making Christmas special for my son.

They truly went the extra mile compared to their rivals. Just to give you an idea: I ordered another gift for my son from a different independent online toy store that also used EVRI, and that toy still hasn’t shown up. I had to buy the same toy again from Amazon to ensure it arrived in time for Christmas. Now I’m stuck waiting for the EVRI delivery (which I’m pretty sure won’t ever come) to get my refund.

Thanks a ton, ToyDip, for putting your customers first. That’s bound to pay off!

I got some toys for my son for Christmas from Toy Dip, and they were supposed to be delivered by Evri. After a week, the shipping info showed a delay. I reached out to Toy Dip to let them know, and without any hassle, they quickly sent a replacement order through a different courier, which just arrived today. I'm really pleased with the toys, and their customer support has been outstanding! Unlike Smyths, where I'm facing the same problem and they still haven't fixed it.

I found an awesome deal on the Star Wars X Wing at Toy Dip and checked Trustpilot to make sure it was legit, so I went ahead and ordered it since I'm a fan of the Vintage collection. It showed up in a cardboard box, but sadly, the X Wing box was damaged. To make matters worse, the returns label was slapped right on the Star Wars box, right over the main image. The label doesn’t come off easily, so it’s pretty much ruined for collectors and not great if it was meant as a Christmas gift for a kid. Just put the return label inside the box, not on the toy!

This is my initial time using this company. A 1 service and dispatch. The delivery box arrived pretty beat up, but that’s on EVRI, not Toydip. Thankfully, the toy itself was unharmed. Five stars all around. Prices are good too.
